The goal of Gunnison Nordic is to provide high-quality groomed cross-country trails close to the City of Gunnison and to sponsor events and activities that promote Nordic skiing in the area.

The northern trails on VanTuyl were set last night for skate and classic. Wax cold, let it warm up a bit and get out and have fun! Mark
Hartman Rocks Pinnacle loop; and Main Street to cottonwoods set for your skiing pleasure. Classic and Skate on loop. Tons of snow up there. Have fun! Stephen
Ski, Ski, Ski and then enjoy yummy appetizers and wine tastings at the Brick Cellar for Gunnison Nordic member and the public. 6 - 9 p.m. Tuesday, Feb 23rd. 121 W. Tomichi. Come join the fun. $20 includes wine tasting and food.
VanTuyl Ranch set for skate and classic tonight. Good parking access from CR 13 via the ranch road. Please park at the gate and not at the ranch house. Southern pastures are set. Please remember No Dogs on VanTuyl groomed trails. Thanks! Mark
Hey Skaters, Got a lot of Jorgenson open for you. Enjoy. Winter Carnival race 9am Tue. morning all ages welcome or cheer on the next generation.
For you classic skiers I got a 4 foot wide path with tracks set down the W road access and into the meadow about 5 km. First one this season. Have fun before it melts.

Please watch for updates coming soon. We're moving equipment from the high country (once it's plowed out) and we'll be setting at VanTuyl and Hartman's when the system is out of here. In the mean time - go ski the pow!
